The team is proud of their impactful work, yet they need assistance in gauging this impact and communicating it to the community.
WHERE THEY ARE?
The team operates remotely (with the option of shared office spaces where feasible). Although the job is listed for Sydney, it's open to being based anywhere in Australia. Currently, the team is spread across Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Hobart.

Culture is Life is looking for someone experienced in Measurement and Evaluation to join their innovative, determined, and focused team that supports their community in bringing about positive change. The responsibilities include leading the design and execution of measurement and evaluation processes for all program and project activities.
The role will entail forming partnerships with organizations, researchers, and communities to influence settings that promote cultural outcomes and well-being. Utilizing evidence and insights will guide strategy development and secure future funding.
Since youth are central to Culture is Life's mission, the ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
Expertise in developing and implementing measurement and evaluation processes within health, social and emotional well-being, mental health, or social research settings.
CORE OBJECTIVES
Continuously monitor organizational progress against the Strategic Plan and Theory of Change
Lead technical development of measurement and evaluation plans for all projects
Conduct rigorous partnership reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Supervise timely and accurate reporting and measurement of partnerships with staff
Manage relationships with external evaluation providers, providing feedback and oversight
Coordinate reporting schedules for major donors, grants, and agreements
Generate reports and analysis for informing organizational strategy (e.g., for the Board)
Disseminate information externally, in partnership with the Brand Manager, for stakeholders' benefit
Ensure activities are on time and within budget
Establish organizational data collection processes and manage the organizational database, HubSpot
Perform other duties as required.

This role with Culture is Life has some Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) exemptions, enhancing take-home pay
